What if the rented product breaks?

If the product you have rented breaks down or has defects, please contact customer service immediately. We will handle all problems on a case-by-case basis and strive to reach a mutually satisfactory solution. The renter is responsible for the product during the rental and is liable for compensation if the product breaks down due to careless handling or obvious usage errors. If the item breaks down for reasons other than those mentioned above, the renter is not liable for compensation. We also always try to offer a replacement product for the agreed rental period. We always check the products between rentals, but sometimes we may miss a defect. Please always mention any possible defect or defect to us at the latest when returning the item.

What do I do if there are changes to my reservation?

When traveling, plans can always change, and if your trip is canceled, you can cancel your reservation free of charge 48 hours before the agreed rental date. We will refund the amount paid and return the money. If you have to make changes less than 2 days before the start of the reservation, please notify us and we will reschedule the reservation for another date.

What if I am late for the agreed pick-up time?

Most of our customers come on vacation by plane and understand if the previously agreed schedule changes. We hope you will let us know if the agreed pick-up time changes significantly.

Do rental products have to be washed before return?

We hope that you take good care of your rental products and return them in the same condition as you received them, but rental products do not need to be washed.

Where can I pick up my rented items?

The rental warehouse is located in Los Pacos, at calle Alora 25 b 29640 Fuengirola. Products can be delivered and returned between 09:00 and 21:00 by arrangement. Delivery can also be made between 21:00 and 09:00, but we will charge an additional eight euros (8€) for delivery/return outside of working hours.

Is there a shipping service for rental products?

You can also ask us about transportation for the products you have rented. The price depends on the length and time of the trip. You can also order the goods to be picked up by Uber, Bolt or taxi. In this case, the customer orders the transportation themselves and informs us of the estimated pickup time. The customer can track the ride via the app and notify us in real time when the ride is about to arrive.

Renda primarily rents products to travelers, and when traveling, surprises and changes can always occur. Flights are canceled, flight schedules can change, luggage can get lost, items placed in the hold may travel to the wrong destination, the car seat promised by the car rental company is not suitable, or the accommodation you booked does not have the promised travel cot. Due to many factors, changes may also affect our operations and our product selection may change. If the reserved product is not available due to the above reasons, we will offer you a similar product. We always want to offer a flexible service and do our part to ensure that your holiday goes smoothly.
