Renda rents products primarily for travelers and there can always be surprises and changes when traveling. Flights are canceled, flight schedules can change, luggage can get lost, items placed in the hold may end up traveling to the wrong destination, the car seat promised by the car rental company is not suitable or the accommodation booked does not have the promised travel cot. Due to many factors, changes may also affect our operations and our product selection may change. We will offer you a similar product if the product you booked is not available due to the above reasons. We always want to offer a flexible service and do our part to ensure that your holiday goes smoothly.
For express bookings (less than 48 hours), please make sure that our customer service team is sure that the products you want are available and that the products will be delivered at the desired time.
Products can be delivered and returned between 09:00 and 21:00 by arrangement. Delivery can also be made between 21:00 and 09:00, but we will charge an additional eight euros (8€) for delivery/return outside of working hours.
You can also ask us about transportation for your rented products. The price depends on the length of the trip and you can also order the goods to be picked up by Uber, Bolt or taxi. In this case, the customer orders the transportation themselves and informs us of the estimated pickup time. The customer can track the ride via the app and notify us in real time when the ride is arriving.
Booking cancellation and changes
You can cancel your reservation 48 hours before the rental start time by contacting our customer service. We will refund your payment and you will receive the amount you paid directly into your account.
Transferring a reservation to another time is free of charge up until the rental date by notifying our customer service.
You can also exchange the products in your reservation for another product, provided that the product you want is available at that time.
Use and return of rental products
Please return the products in the same condition as you received them. If there are any problems or defects with the rental product, please contact customer service.
If the product you rented breaks down, is stolen, etc., please contact customer service immediately.
